How to Use Your Kitchen Scorecard
This 10-point Scorecard will give you a good indication whether your kitchen is helping you lose weight or whether it's making you gain weight.
Honestly check how many of the 10 items you currently do each day. Most people can only check 3-4 the first time they do this. But the good news is that all of these can be very easily changed -- many can be changed within a day.
Try to make a couple of the easier changes, and see how they work for you. When you're ready, add a few more.
Every couple months, fill out the scorecard again, and see if you've improved or if you're backsliding a bit. If slipped, no problem. You know exactly what to do to get back on track.
Best wishes.
