I'm Brian Wansink, and you may be on this website because of my research discoveries about eating behavior – things related to eating better, losing weight, food shopping, restaurant psychology, and so on. Basically, these are discoveries help explain why we eat what we eat, and they also have solutions about how to improve it in our own lives.
These discoveries feed into a larger mission of trying to help people lead happier, healthier, more enriching lives. Food is only one vehicle to help a person achieve this, but when done right, it can help improve a person’s self-concept, the quality of family life, and the depth of friendships.
